In our modern society, we are taught that our minds hold all our wisdom. So many of us navigate the world through the lens of logic, repressing or ignoring the cues of our bodies. Interestingly enough, our bodies are more attuned to our surroundings and more efficient at leading us to our greatest good than our minds ever will be.
